These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the onchained.io website, including the asset eligibility search and evaluation preview ("the Site"), operated by On.Chained Ltd, a company registered in Kowloon, Hong Kong ("On.Chained", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site, including any asset class, indicative loan-to-value (LTV) figure, eligibility label, or valuation shown by the search and evaluation preview, is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is:

an offer or solicitation to lend, borrow, buy, or sell any asset or security;
a binding loan quote, term sheet, or commitment of any kind;
investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Any indicative LTV or valuation shown is a preliminary estimate only. It may be generated from internal benchmarks, third-party market data, or an automated valuation model, is not a formal appraisal, and does not reflect the terms of any actual loan. Final terms, if any, are subject to definitive documentation, independent collateral review, underwriting, and regulatory requirements, and may differ materially from any figure shown.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site current, but market data, valuations, and benchmark figures change and may be delayed, estimated, or sourced from third parties we do not control. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On.Chained and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or any information displayed on it, including any decision made on the basis of an indicative LTV or valuation.

4. No securities offering; jurisdiction

Nothing on the Site is directed at, or intended for, persons in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Availability of any product or service described on the Site is subject to eligibility, jurisdiction, and regulatory approval, and may not be offered in your location.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information through the search or contact channels, or using automated means to scrape or overload the Site beyond normal use.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
